1968, off the coast of North Korea. A US spy-ship disguised as an oceanic research vessel glides into North Korean waters. It is quickly intercepted. There is a salvo of bullets fired from both sides, and the North Korean Navy boards the Pueblo and makes the 86 sailors and officers on board, prisoners.
