Prayer Wheels

Based on a principle similar to that of the prayer flags seen earlier, prayer wheels are set outside temples, and there’s often hundreds of them. It is one’s duty to turn as many wheels as possible on the way into the temple buildings.
These prayer wheels are 2 feet tall each. Inside the cylinder are rolls of prayers on paper. The message gets spread and multiplied by the turning, thereby magnifying their karmic effect.
