From left to right, we have:
Top row (Left to Right): Sticky rice with jujube (date) and gingko, fried potatoes, roasted salted nori, fish
Middle row (Left to Right): Spinach, radish kimchi, hard-boiled egg cooked in azuki bean paste, cold pork
Bottom row (Left to Right): Cold mushroom salad, soy bean shoots, acorn jelly, cabbage kimchi
By the time I got to the fried potatoes they were cold and not to my taste, but everything else was delicious and trying each dish was a pleasant surprise. For example, it’s only recently that I’ve started eating roasted salted nori, which is now for sale at Whole Foods. It’s very good at Whole Foods, but the freshness of this one gave it that extra lift that made it perfect.
